surveillance video tapes to record all entries to and departures
from Heritage Heights

Protect
the confidentiality of tenants personal information

Keep
tenants informed about privacy policies and practices and any
changes that are adopted from time to time

Allow
tenants to see their personal information

Allow
tenants to review its Privacy Policies
The
Society may disclose a tenant's personal information:

To
members of the Executive Committee on an 'as needed' basis
-
To
the family member, friend or other individual designated by the
tenant to have the responsibility of being the 'contact person' for
their care
-
To
the police or other individual involved in a legal investigation of
an incident at Heritage Heights or involving a tenant
-
To
a medical professional responsible for a tenant's care.
The
Society commits to securing your personal information:

In
a locked filing cabinet at Heritage Heights according to policy
-
On
a secure computer database offsite
-
Surveillance
video tapes will be stored in a locked filing cabinet and retained
according to policy.
