Swivel Rocking Chairs are comfortable chairs once you are seated, but the possibility of having the chair swivel away from you increases the risk of falling.  Reaching from these chairs can cause them to tip as well. Note Paper and a Pen kept close to the phone/s, and your apartment entrance will save a hurried trip to find these when you need to record a message or other information.  Any situation that requires you to hurry, increases the risk of falling.
