Subscriber Authentication Help

The Subscriber Authentication Form page is used to verify that you are a valid North East Online Network Subscriber. We use this page to prevent non-subscribers from accessing areas that are designed specifically for our subscribers.

To successfully continue beyond the Authentication Page, you must correctly enter your N.E.O.Net User Name (also called a User ID) and Password into the two text boxes provided, and choose the Submit button.

If you have correctly entered your User Name and Password information, and you are a valid N.E.O.Net subscriber with a current account, you will automatically be passed through the authentication page.

Remember that User Names and Passwords are case sensitive. So be sure to enter in the values, in upper and/or lower case letters and/or numbers correctly.

Choose the Back button above or your browser's Back button to return to the Subscriber Authentication Form page.

Note: You should never bookmark any of the pages in the Subscriber Area.
