SOUTH PEACE UNITED CHURCH
1. All fees must be paid two weeks prior to the event. 2. Renter must arrange for a responsible adult to pick up a key to the Church during Church Office hours prior to the event. 3.Renter is responsible for opening and closing of the Church building; this includes on departure ensuring that all windows are closed and latched including those in Upper Hall and 2 bathrooms, that all doors are locked. 4. Renter must leave the Church building in the condition that they found it; all decorations, flowers and bulletins are to be removed from the building. 5. Responsible adult that signed out a key must return the key directly to the Church Secretary during Office Hours OR put it in an envelope (found in the lower floor kitchenette on lower open shelf) and slide the envelope under the Church Office Door. |
