Access to our webmail is permitted to all NEONet Email subscribers. If you’re unable to log-in, please check the following:

• If your address does not end with @neonet.bc.ca, you must include its “domain” part (i.e. “@example.ca”).
• Your browser must accept a “cookie” from this server to complete the log-in process.

An error after a long delay might indicate a problem with one of our servers. Usually, such problems are fixed quickly.
